How To Book a BSL Signer

When you’re ready to book a sign language interpreter for your event or meeting, it’s important to confirm the booking for the BSL signer as soon as possible. We would recommend at least two weeks’ advance notice for us to ensure availability for your assignment. However, for last minute bookings, we can provide Video Sign Language Interpreting on the same day.

To confirm availability and costs, contact us with the details of your event and we will provide you with a precise quote tailored to your requirements. Simply provide us with the date and the location of the event, the subject matter, how many deaf delegates will require a signer and how long you will need the interpreter for.

An event longer than two hours will normally need two sign language interpreters. However, our team of experts will confirm how many signers you need after our initial consultation.
